**Disclaimer and Warranty**

At AWWC, INC DBA Anti Watch, Watch Club we strive to provide high-quality, bespoke handmade watch straps to our customers. As a new, small business, our ability to stock products is dependent on pre-order funds or available stock "ready to ship."

Please note that as a non-profit organization, our primary focus is on community engagement and supporting veterans service organizations. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 0600 to 1800, and our non-profit hours align with family time and rest.

Shipping typically occurs within a week or sooner after the announcement is made. However, please be aware that all straps are considered pre-orders unless explicitly labeled as "Ready to Ship," with the timeframe listed in the product description and updated regularly on our Instagram page (@antiwatchwatchclub).

All straps and other hard goods (minus apparel) are considered pre-orders unless stated as “Ready to Ship” and the time frame will be listed on the product description and updated frequently on our Instagram page @antiwatchwatchclub. All other items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Exchanges are on a case by case basis. As we don't often hold a lot of inventory, it's not always viable. Any used, worn, or unsellable items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Made to order and pre-order items are FINAL SALE. If you don't like an item you purchased after you received it, you can email us or donate it to the cause.

Any chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our online store and all AWWC social media accounts.

We are a non-profit, we don’t aim to make money for profit and every dollar is considered a donation.

Returns and chargebacks means the veteran or LEO or firefighter hoping to go to a course or hoping for housing, food for the day, or their families are affected immediately.
